She’s passionate and kind hearted, but her workouts are no joke. Strong mind and hard work is encouraged during every single pulsating, muscle strengthening session. She is certified in Peak Pilates, classical reformer and Mat Pilates as well as a dance instructor at Summit Dance.

Angela brings her contagious inspiration and ambitious spirit to Lagree MSP.  Living a healthy and active lifestyle has always been important to her, but finding an effective workout that didn’t consume a lot of time was challenging.  After completing her first Lagree class, she was immediately hooked on the intensity and variety of exercises that could be performed on the machine.  She is a stickler on form, and will encourage clients through a class that leaves them feeling like they accomplished something they never thought possible.  Join her class and be prepared to sweat, shake, and feel WORKED!

After my first workout at Lagree, I felt the most challenged I ever have been.  I wanted to teach others about this fun, ever changing, intimate, total body and cardio workout!  Where else can you work over 600 muscles during a workout?  I love making a difference in other people’s lives–it’s my true passion, which entwined my love for wanting to help others make change in their bodies.

Favorite Move: P2P– I love this full body exercise, which really targets my abs, adding a hold while in my plank gives me that extra intensity that I crave while in the move!

Meet Angela, our cycle megastar! Her energy is off the hook and contagious! Angela has taught almost every group fitness format and her style is to push to you your max! Expect to burn a ton of calories and have a blast in her classes!

Jess has had a passion for health in her blood from a very young age.

Mama Tyler loves to tell the story like this: “Yes, Jess was always my healthy eater, choosing the yogurt over the cookie at the age of one!”  Although she might choose the cookie on occasion now…she has pursued her love of health and helping others as a Pilates instructor and a weight loss coach, and now, as a Lagree Fitness instructor!  Jess hold a certification in Muscle Activation and Technique, so rest assured you are in good hands as you reach towards stronger, longer, sculpted bodies.

As a new mom, I understand the benefit of an effective and time efficient workout, as well as having people push me further than I’d ever take myself.  Upon leaving the high energy workout i feel so proud of myself, and my body.  I want others to feel the same! My favorite move is the Dancing Bear, any mom can relate to the satisfaction of the bur, knowing that blessed baby pouch is getting tighter with each slow rep!

Cecile comes from an extensive fitness background. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2013 from UMD and holds her NETA Group Fitness Certification.

“I fell in love with group fitness when I was in high school. I felt compelled to be instructor and motivate others during their workouts to push themselves far beyond the limits they may have set before starting the workout. Music gives me energy to push through those tough holds and pulses. I want to show my class how strong they are and can be.  Favorite move is the back lunge because I feel it really targets the glutes and hamstrings. So effective! So shaky!

When I’m not sweating in front of people you can find me somewhere up in the skies as I finish school to pursue my dream day job of being an airline pilot.”

A fitness enthusiast for as long as I can remember, I am alive when my family and I are healthy and active. I appreciate group formats (and running with a partner) over working out alone because it allows me to stay motivated, push harder, and I’m fortunate to have developed amazing relationships during some crazy hard workouts. Along with my supportive family and friends, the people I work out with over the past several years have inspired me to follow my dreams.

Lagree Fitness Certified Instructor, Certified personal trainer through National Association of Sports Medicine since 2010, and certified cycling instructor since 2012.

We fell in love with Summer’s positive attitude and zest for all things active right away. Get ready to feel the love in her kick butt workouts – she won’t let you leave before feeling that shaky, burning love that Lagree Fitness brings.

To say that I love exercising is an understatement! Being very active, I decided to try Lagree and WOW, what a life changer! I love the enthusiasm that each class brings. The encouraging environment and effective total body workout hooked me instantly. I love being able to help others live a healthy lifestyle and I am eager to share my passion of exercise with you!

Randi is an all-around super woman! Best described as wife, mom, golfer, runner, and great friend to everyone. She is full of passion and energy, and loves competitive sports, endurance, and strength training which makes her our perfect Lagree trainer. Catch her in the early am and some weekends! Prepare for an awesome workout!

I started taking classes and within a month I saw amazing results. I knew I was hooked and in love with this work out!!

I love motivating people to push beyond what they are capable of. Every class is an opportunity to put a smile on someone’s face and push them farther than they thought they could go.

After finding and falling in love with Lagree 3 years ago in San Diego, she craved that same total body workout after moving back home. She joined our Lagree family as soon as she found out we opened, and the rest is history.

I’m a full time occupational therapist where I primarily work with children. Lagree gives me the opportunity to mix up my love for watching and helping people improve their lives and get stronger. There’s no better feeling than seeing progression and celebrating even the smallest successes. I promise to encourage and energize you in each class!

Catch my class and your bound to get some killer core exercises. My go to is a plank to pike – bear combo! It’ll get your heart rate up, your core screaming, and every muscle in your body firing!

Kelsey’s classes will kick your butt and leave your body energized! She began her fitness career in college. She graduated from Minnesota State University in 2011 with a degree in Exercise Sports Science. While in college, she completed her first Pilates training and began teaching soon after. Looking for a more progressive workout, Kelsey began taking classes at Lagree and instantly fell in love! She is also a certified Yoga and Barre instructor and prenatal certified. As a dancer most of her life leading into adulthood, she developed a passion for fitness and movement.  Kelsey believes that strong form is essential in class and hopes to convey that to her students.

In 2015 and 2016, Kelsey was awarded as one of the “Most Moving Instructors” in Minneapolis by ClassPass.

Outside of teaching, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and hiking. Kelsey and her husband Tony live in Minnetonka with their 3 children.
